iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. 

 

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Portfolio Operations and Communications Advisor VIE within our Global Medical team in Specialty Care, you’ll advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes. We work at the intersection of scientific innovation and strategic communication, supporting the development and dissemination of cutting-edge medical information across multiple therapeutic areas. This role will support portfolio operations and communications initiatives, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of medical affairs activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies for medical affairs executive leadership.
  • Contribute to the preparation of company-wide presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Help organize and manage cross-functional meetings and workshops.
  • Collaborate with global medical affairs leadership teams to ensure alignment of medical affairs activities with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of medical affairs executive communication plan with R&D and commercial functions.

About you

Experience:

  • Prior experience related to the position.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong professional presence and ability to work with executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Education:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration, Communications). Having a scientific background is a strong advantage.

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
