Job Description
Located in our Chicago headquarters, this is a unique opportunity to gain global exposure and collaborate across 28 diverse markets to achieve transformative business results. As the Senior Manager for Global RGM - Market Activation, you will serve as the point of contact and revenue growth management coach to Developmental Licensee (DL) organizations within Latin America. This role supports the development and execution of best-in-class revenue growth management strategies and tactics. It will also lead the creation and rollout of global pricing structures across DL organizations, ensuring consistency and standardization in approach. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, supporting market research and leading transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing complex programs, pricing and promotion methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Key skills include strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) liaison, collaborating with DL organizations and markets within Latin America to successfully implement McDonald’s global RGM strategy. Work closely with the Director and key Latin America Business Unit (LABU) functions to align RGM initiatives with business objectives and enhance execution across markets.
- Partner with markets and LABU cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Strategy & Insights, and Finance, to deliver pricing and promotional insights, recommendations and strategic plans to DL leadership, driving informed strategic-decision making.
- Support the development and execution of market research and intelligence initiatives to craft go-to-market strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Drive pricing optimization initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine pricing structures, discount strategies, and promotional pricing. Assist the Director in market discussions and strategy development, offering follow-ups to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning.
- Lead transformation efforts to enhance data capabilities, optimize revenue management processes and promote advanced analytics for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Manage the day-to-day work pertinent to the region to ensure smooth execution of fact-based RGM strategies, while driving continuous improvement to achieve optimal business outcomes.

The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490 per year

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will step into the role of a global strategic business partner, leveraging their knowledge of pricing and promotional strategies to make a meaningful impact. With strong relationship-building skills, they will foster collaboration across a dynamic global organization. Additionally, the successful candidate will bring the following attributes, skills, and professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, finance or other business functions supporting development and execution of go-to market, pricing and related business strategy. An MBA from a top business school preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to synthesize marketing and pricing data to draw insights and measurable recommendations (e.g. structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, and present results).
