Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level HUMINT Targeting Specialist supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities:

·        Identify and prioritize valuable information relevant to national security or other intelligence objectives.

·        Develop strategies and tactics for collecting HUMINT intelligence data.

·        Duties to include:

o   Target Identification

o   Analysis

o   Risk Assessment

o   Strategy Development

o   Collaboration

o   Field Operations

 

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

* 17 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
