Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, following their care plans and working under the direction of your supervisors. Your compassion, professionalism, and commitment help our residents live with dignity and comfort every day.

 

Primary Responsibilities

This Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for but not limited to:

• Provide daily personal nursing care (hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance, etc.)
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Support residents during meals, activities, and therapy sessions
• Record care notes, flow sheets, and observations accurately
• Ensure resident rights, privacy, and dignity are always respected
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Maintain active nurse aide certification in the state of operation
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state
• Some healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach
• Basic computer skills for documentation, training, and on-boarding
