Financial Analyst

LGI Homes is seeking a Financial Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll forecast and analyze gross margins, prepare reports for SEC filings and debt or equity offerings, and maintain pricing matrices and electronic records for new floor plans. You’ll also track homesites, support our land banking program, and deliver clear variance analyses and PBC schedules for auditors and public filings.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is required, and 1 year of relevant experience is highly preferred for this role.
