That means world-class build pipelines, a Terraform-based cloud foundation, disciplined AWS account organization, and cost optimization strategies that keep us moving without burning cash. You’ll be building the developer leverage that lets every other team at Engine ship faster and more confidently. You’ll lead a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, setting technical direction, hiring top talent, and partnering closely with feature teams to understand what they need to move fast.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Own&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design and evolve Engine’s CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure to maximize developer velocity and reliability across all teams.</li> <li>Own our Terraform-based infrastructure, defining standards, module libraries, and guardrails that feature teams can build on with confidence.</li> <li>Lead AWS account organization and governance: &nbsp; account vending, IAM strategy, tagging standards, and Control Tower or equivalent structures.</li> <li>Drive cloud cost optimization: &nbsp; establishing visibility through tagging and reporting, managing reservations and savings plans, and finding actionable savings opportunities.</li> <li>Build
