Lead Functional Consultant

This is a remote position.

• Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic recommendations on how the CLM system should be utilized to meet their needs.
  
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  
• Analyze the customer’s current technology ecosystem and recommend the best approach for integrating the CLM system with existing platforms.
  
• Take ownership of client deliverables and maintain continuous communication with clients to manage expectations and provide status updates.
  
• Develop the Solution Design Document, ensuring that clients clearly understand the proposed architecture and implementation approach.
  
• Work closely with the Project Manager and implementation team to ensure that the project follows the documented solution design.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering expert insights on CLM software, including not only the CLM platform being implemented but also alternative products in the market.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
  
• 8-15 years of experience in CLM systems, in a role such as Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
  
• Proven ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Strong understanding of multiple CLM platforms.
  
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
