The Sr. Analyst, Global Supply Chain role involves collaborating with the Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Strategy to drive and execute initiatives including spearheading our Digital Supply Chain roadmap through tasks like creating operational dashboards, designing data relationships, and implementing predictive analytics capabilities. They'll collaborate across supply chain sectors, comprehensively understand our operations, and utilize data to enhance transparency, key performance indicators (KPIs), and decision-making processes.

Their responsibilities span from conceptualizing data requirements to testing datasets and performing analysis with sharp business insight. Effectively communicating complex data stories to various audiences, be it peers in analytics, operational teams, or executives, is crucial. Curiosity and a passion for exploring and interpreting data are key drivers for success.

This role supports the overarching vision of becoming a leader in the fashion Global Supply Chain by leveraging robust technology, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a team committed to excellence. Additionally, it aligns with the Digital Supply Chain team's vision of constructing an intelligent data structure that uses innovative data collection and analytics to elevate visibility, decision-making, and service quality for both internal and external customers.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Global Supply Chain Strategy team on key initiatives for the organization through data modeling, analysis, and data visualization.
  • Pioneer innovation within the GSC Analytics team by being a key role in executing our Digital Supply Chain long-term strategy. This can include adding ideas to our roadmap to support our vision. 
  • Design complex models to answer challenging questions by being able to clearly articulate the appropriate analytical tool, the data inputs, delivering the output, and analyzing your results – all with a focus on high quality results. 
  • Thoroughly learn and understand our supply chain operations to effectively interpret & explain their operational activities (including changes within the greater system) with our subject matter experts.
  • Regularly review supply chain performance via KPI’s and dashboards and provide insight to internal and external teams regarding operational performance and potential opportunities. 
  • Analyze all supply chain operations to drive efficiency in terms of improved customer experience and unit economics:
    • Design and perform analyses to address and resolve operational concerns.
    • Conduct transportation and logistics studies to maximize supply chain efficiency.
    • Perform cost and operational performance analysis across all facets of the supply chain. 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help develop viable solutions. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and think outside of existing models for a deeper exploration of challenges that can have a high impact on the organization's ability to lower costs, improve efficiency, and ultimately drive profits.

Additional Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s level degree – Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Business. 
  • Minimum of three to five years business experience required, preferably in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Data Analytics. 
  • Prior experience in large retail and/or ecommerce organizations with demonstrated success in supply chain operations.
