Retail Operations Intern - Internal Opportunity

Tecovas is looking for a Retail Operations intern to immerse themselves in tasks and projects that will enable and elevate Radical Hospitality in stores. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Retail Operations, you will have a direct impact on the testing and rolling out of new retail initiatives that are centered on the customer experience. 

What you’ll do:

• Analyze team and customer sentiments
• Create data visualization as needed
• Solicit field feedback 
• Track tasks deployed to the field
• Monitor support channels for field inquiries
• Support Retail HQ initiatives 

What we’re looking for:

• Current and active Tecovas employee
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university
• Majoring in a relevant field 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Able to find creative solutions to daily problems
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
