Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. Location
Even though our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you are required to reside in Europe (continent) and have legal work eligibility within the country you will be based.
About
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior HRBP to join our People team. This team is responsible for aligning People strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of Lokalise with a human-first lens to delight our customers and #win. The HRBP’s role is to act as a liaison between the People team and the business.
You Will
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute People strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive approach across all remote teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and Lokalisers on a wide range of People matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Lead and support People initiatives tailored to a remote workforce, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in People processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience within a remote environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance organizational performance in a remote setting.
- Liaise with our EORs and internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in Europe and provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements for remote work.
You Must Have
- Experience working with a fully remote or distributed team.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships in a remote work environment.
It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
