Golden Years Homestead is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living teams. While this role is RN focused, we will consider experienced LPNs who are strong leaders and passionate about senior care.

Pay

$37.91–$43.06 per hour

1.5x pay for all weekend hours
What You’ll Do

Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical care

Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
-
Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
-
Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
-
Provide direct nursing care as needed

Support EMR documentation and quality initiatives
Requirements
-
Active Indiana RN license (preferred) - LPNs with strong experience will be considered

Long-term care or assisted living experience required
-
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

EMR and care planning experience
