We are seeking a motivated and responsible Food and Beverage Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering a top-tier entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the entertainment center, restaurant, and bar to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards

- Manage guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience

- Assist with training, and supervising team members

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle cash register operations, daily financial reporting, and closing procedures

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant management preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus

- Must be able to pass a background check
