Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate CNA to provide dedicated, one-on-one in-home care. If you thrive in a patient-focused setting and prefer a flexible, supportive work environment, this role is an excellent opportunity.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day Shifts: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Total: 35 hours per week

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care

Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for an experienced CNA who values stability, meaningful patient interactions, and a low-stress care environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
