Tasks​:

• Cooperation with customer for capacity planning, requirements management, improvement, problem and change management, trainings
• Conducting steering committee meetings, provision of customer reports
• Product information sharing with customers (new product releases, updates, maintenance)
• Interface to engineering application services (release changes, upgrades, test environment preparation, acceptance testing, documentation)
• Active involvement in new technologies and trends of remote desktop solution (Citrix, VmWare, Nvidia)

Qualifications

Profile:

• Basic knowledge of Windows systems (Powershell, Command Line) and network communication
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering​
• Responsibility, initiative, goal orientation and open minded approach
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the Engineering application (CAD/CAM/BIM) landscape
• Good to have knowledge of remote desktop solutions
• Ability to collaborate within an international and diverse team
• Prior experience in project or operation coordination
• Good communication skills
• Language: English (must), German (optional)​
