PM (Business Clinical Manager)
We are looking for leaders to join a rapidly growing multi-state practice that is committed to making healthcare better! If you have an interest in starting a career in healthcare and have experience in management, this could be the role for you.
Serenity Healthcare provides patients with access to unique treatment options like TMS therapy and Ketamine Infusion therapy as an alternative to traditional medication management. As a Business Clinical Manager at Serenity Healthcare, you will help lead a clinic, educate patients, and dramatically improve people’s lives.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
What you’ll do
- Manage an independent clinic staff
- Assist with hiring and training
- Hold staff and providers accountable to key metrics that measure our patient outcomes
- Educate patients about cutting-edge therapies

What we’re looking for
- GED or HS diploma
- At least 3 years of management experience – healthcare experience not required
- Willingness to own the outcomes of your clinic and step in to help out as needed
- Ability to manage staff to metrics that will help our patients heal
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
