Learning & Development Coordinator

This role plays a central part in enabling effective learning experiences across the organization by ensuring training programs run smoothly from planning to execution. You will act as the operational backbone of the Learning & Development function, coordinating schedules, managing enrollments, and supporting the full lifecycle of training delivery. Working closely with facilitators, HR, and business stakeholders, you will ensure every learning session is well-organized, accessible, and impactful. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also take ownership of LMS administration and training logistics, ensuring systems and content are always accurate and up to date. This is a highly collaborative role where operational excellence directly enhances employee development and organizational capability.
