Do you enjoy multiplayer online role-playing games?Do you have game ticket support experience?Do you enjoy information searching and have great attention to detail?Do you love chatting with fellow gamers?
ModSquad's client is a PC and Mobile game developer. The USA team supports and develops their PC games. Mods on this project will help players with any issues that they encounter concerning gameplay and tech support issues. This will be done via tickets and the client's specific tools.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):24/7, 2-4 hour shift increments Specifically seeking: Daily12 - 4 am4 - 8 am12 - 5 pm
Hourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phase
Language:English
Commitment:10 hours per week (at least four on the weekend)90 days (as needed)
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
