ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Analyst, Senior to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Responsible for leading complex data analysis projects, mentoring Junior Analysts, and contributing to the development of business intelligence capabilities
  • Lead complex data analysis projects, independently managing and executing them from conception to completion, including defining project scope, gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and presenting findings
  • Develop advanced analytical models using statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models, identify trends, and uncover insights
  • Design and develop BI solutions by creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate data insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Ensure data quality by implementing and maintaining data quality checks and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis projects. Continuously research and evaluate new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities
  • Provide direction and mentorship to subordinate staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 9+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 7 years of experience OR a PhD and 5 years of experience.
  • High School diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learni
