About the role

The purpose of the position is to efficiently manage operational travel-related activities with focus on customer satisfaction. The position requires a finance professional with preferably prior experience of working in GBS or shared services organizations with a strong understanding T&E process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or similar

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar position 

  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of related process areas in finance

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communicational skills

  • Hands-on experience working with ERP system preferred

  • MS Office, knowledge and experience of ERP (Preferably D365)

  • Fluent in English; other language competencies welcomed, especially Polish

  • Respect for timelines

Responsibilities

The responsibilities as T&E Accountant include:

  • Execution of T&E management

  • Support with internal and external audits

  • Manage employee queries related to T&E

Operational responsibilities

  • Execute operational travel-related tasks, including addressing general queries and resolving issues

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and data in company systems

  • Manage Corporate Credit Cards and monitor Credit Card Uploads from the bank provider

  • Prepare Travel Expense Reports and monitor the flow of Travel Expense Reports and follow up on employee vendor balances if needed

Other responsibilities

  • Provide inputs to AP Manager during identification of process improvement opportunities aligned with direct leaders

  • Ensure timely identification and reporting of risks

  • Assist with both internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests

  • Ensure a ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups

  • Ensure error-resolution is performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with the end-user satisfaction in mind
