Responsibilities:



Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages


Provide fast, friendly, and accurate bar service to guests and support to servers


Maintain a clean and fully stocked bar area at all times


Follow recipes and portion standards for consistent drink quality


Accurately process transactions and handle cash/credit payments


Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service


Engage with guests in a fun and welcoming manner to enhance the dining experience


Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties


QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:



Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in fine dining is REQUIRED


Alternatively, 2+ years in a high-volume casual dining environment will be considered


Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits


TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
