You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions that address client challenges.</p><p>If you thrive on blending tech-savvy insights with commercial problem-solving, this is your chance to shine!</p><h4>What you'll be up to</h4><ul> <li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Voyado Engage.</li> <li>Address technical challenges, customizing solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements.</li> <li>Act as a bridge between sales and product teams, translating technical details into clear business benefits.</li> <li>Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.</li> </ul><h4>About you</h4><p>We’re looking for a dynamic professional ready to take the next step in your career. Ideally, you have a technical background and a business-oriented mindset, enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for translating complex technical details into compelling value propositions.</p><p><em>What We’re Looking Fo</em><em>r:</em></p><ul> <li>Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or a technical customer-facing role, such as working with implementing a SaaS Solution.</li> <li>Background working with complex digital products, preferably SaaS solutions.</li> <li>Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage.</li> <li>Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.</li> <li>A team player who values collective success and collaboration.</li> <li>Motivated by the challenge of entering new markets and driving growth.</li> <li>Experience with CRM systems in the e-commerce industry is highly meritorious (experience with Voyado Engage is a strong plus).</li> </ul><h4>What's in it for you?</h4><p>Voyado wouldn’t be the powerful platform it is without the people behind it.
