The Critical Harms Investigations &amp; Incident Management (CHIIMS) team applies subject-matter expertise to high-sensitivity matters involving child safety, violent extremism, and other critical harms. As part of our commitment to safety, we are looking for a Specialist with an investigator’s mindset, skills, and curiosity, and an incident manager’s coordination, communication, and rigor. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the company to quickly and professionally respond to urgent escalations, while balancing multiple responsibilities and competing priorities. Among other strategic impacts, you will share findings and recommendations with internal partners to help mitigate safety risks to our platform.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please Note: This role will require reviewing graphic, controversial, and offensive content in accordance with Roblox’s handling policies. This role will also require On-Call support during weekends and holidays.</p> <p>You’ll report to the Director of Law Enforcement &amp; Critical Harms Operations.
