Work Schedule: 

100%, day shift. Typical schedule is 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with some off shift meetings required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: 

• Manage schedules for the leadership team at the Digestive Health Center.
• Comfortably use Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employee’s.
• Coordinate staff schedules

Education:

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

 

Work Experience:

Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred –

• Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Previous experience in a health care setting.
