Work Schedule:
100%, day shift. Typical schedule is 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with some off shift meetings required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Manage schedules for the leadership team at the Digestive Health Center.
- Comfortably use Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employee’s.
- Coordinate staff schedules

Education:
Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred –
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
- Previous experience in a health care setting.
