THE JOB:

As an Advertising Coordinator at MGM Resorts International, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives forward. From creative execution to maintaining brand standards, you will play a vital role in captivating our audience and enhancing the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.35 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Day Shift | Full Time

Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work closely with the assigned account team to facilitate advertising campaigns and content creation, providing support and assistance as needed
• Understand the key steps involved in bringing various advertising projects to fruition, including film/video, print, social media, digital, and direct mail
• Collaborating with Project Management and extended team to streamline workflow processes, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines
• Support the account team in the development and upkeep of both internal and external documentation, including status reports, agendas, and conference reports
• Manage project initiation, including opening projects, processing change orders, and overseeing projects through to completion utilizing tools aligned with the department
