<p> Req ID 54434 Ieper, Bruxelles, Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium<br/>      </p> <p>We are looking for a new colleague for our Platform Infrastructure team at our location in Ieper, Belgium.</p> <p><br/> Your tasks as a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (m/f/d):</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and develop the core platform in line with business requirements, integrating the best-in-class technologies in a cost efficient and reliable way</li> <li>Actively contribute to our platform roadmaps in the areas of microservices architecture, API-management, observability, and developer efficiency</li> <li>Follow and understand technology trends to support new and future needs to continuously develop and improve our solutions</li> <li>Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize product/service performance to improve user experience</li> <li>Support delivery teams with best practices and usage of our core platform stack</li> <li>Be part of the community of practice and share expertise and knowledge with the larger ZF-Transics engineering community</li> <li>Drive the change towards product or market-oriented organization with cross-functional and independent teams</li> </ul> <p><br/> Your profile as a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (m/f/d):</p> <ul> <li>Computer Science degree or equivalent and +5 years of experience working with and supporting Software developer organization on cloud and DevOps technologies</li> <li>Experience with Terraform infrastructure as code tooling and with configuration management, setting up CI/CD pipelines. Gitlab knowledge is a plus</li> <li>Experience with at least 1 programming language (e.g. Python, Rust…), knowledge of TDD</li> <li>Experienced building solutions on AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud platform</li> <li>Familiar with microservices architecture and good understanding of cloud application design and principles (Kubernetes, API-management, observability)</li> <li>Experienced with full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices</li> <li>You are a team player, able to share knowledge, customer focused and result driven</li> </ul> <p><br/> What can you expect from working at ZF in Ieper:</p> <ul> <li>You will work in an open and transparent corporate culture.
