Sales Valet

Location: Dallas, TX (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $16.00 | Schedule: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sundays off with another day during the week

We are seeking a Sales Lot Porter to work for us at our Toyota dealership! Your main duties will include providing support to dealership staff as needed, including assisting with customer inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate departments. You will also ensure the cleanliness of dealership facilities including showroom, lounges, restroom, and service areas. 

Schedule: Rotating shifts (9AM-6PM and 12:00 PM - Close). Must be available to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dealership's facilities, including showroom, customer lounges, restrooms, and service areas. 
• Keep the dealership's exterior areas, including parking lot and walkways, clean and free of debris. 
• Wash and detail vehicles in the dealership's inventory to maintain their appearance and showcase their features to customers. 
• Move vehicles as needed to facilitate sales, service, and maintenance operations. 
• Assist with the setup and organization of dealership events, promotions, and displays. 
• Monitor and replenish supplies, such as cleaning supplies and refreshments, in customer areas. 
• Provide support to dealership staff as needed, including assisting with customer inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate departments. 
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. 
• Additional duties may be assigned.

 Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. 
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. 
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as washing and detailing vehicles. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. 
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
