To learn more, visit <a href="http://www.traxretail.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.traxretail.com</a>.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the preparation of all technical memo’s and accounting entries</li><li>Key liaison with auditors on technical accounting topics</li><li>Ownership of the relationship with valuation experts</li><li>Responsible for the internal controls on technical accounting topics and monitor compliance activities</li><li>Support global accounting team with technical accounting questions</li><li>Assist leadership with key transactions in the business such as debt financing or acquisition related activities</li><li>Support in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements</li><li>Prepare and review tax and transfer pricing strategies in conjunction with the Global Controller</li><li>Liaise with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with relevant tax agencies</li><li>Prepare accounting policy documentation to maintain and strengthen internal controls</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS principles</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BSC degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>In-depth understanding of IFRS principles</li><li>Previous experience working on complex accounting topics topics such as IFRS 9 Financial Instruments</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Netsuite or similar ERP packages</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience with a top 10 audit firm is highly desirable </li><li>Relevant certification (e.g. ACCA or ACA) is a given advantage </li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong> </p><ul><li>Working on state-of-the-art technology with an international team</li><li>Wide range of fringe benefits: cafeteria package, performance bonus, home office allowance</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Career path internally</li><li>Learning &amp; development opportunities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Trax is committed to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all team members, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability, feels valued and respected.
