Lead a dynamic Cardiac Diagnostic Services department to ensure the high delivery of quality patient care services at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a full time, salaried position.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, direct, control and evaluate the activities, functions and personnel of the Cardiology Diagnostic Services department(s) to insure the delivery of high quality patient care services consistent with the mission and values of the organization.
  • Develop objectives, policies, and procedures for department cost centers to formalize and implement the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Accountabilities include quality of services, customer relations, service standards, short and long range planning to achieve goals and objectives, fiscal control, physician and interdepartmental/intradepartmental relations, personnel management.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Accounting required. M.H.A. or M.B.A. preferred.
  • Possess technical and administrative capabilities as determined by the Director of Cardiology Diagnostic Services and the medical directors.
  • Five years' experience in healthcare management, minimally a supervisory level, preferred. Three years' experience in the Cardiology field preferred.
  • CPR required, ACLS preferred
  • Current licensure/certification/registry, appropriate to specialty and service line needs, in the State of North Carolina required.

  • Handles absentee replacement on short notice
  • Possible exposure to blood and body fluids and exposure to infections, contagious diseases

Pay Range

$50.05 - $75.10
