We are looking for a Team Leader & Recruiter to support recruitment processes and lead a team of recruiters in hiring top specialists across IT, engineering, and R&D sectors! If you have strong recruitment experience, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset, this role is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and the IT job market.
Previous experience in team management or a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
Experience in managing recruitment pipelines and ensuring process efficiency.
Ability to set priorities, track performance metrics, and drive results within a fast-paced environment.
Sales and negotiation skills to support client acquisition and candidate placements.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to resolve challenges in the recruitment process.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.

Recruitment Support:
- Managing recruitment processes for IT services, software development, technology consulting, R&D outsourcing, embedded software, and electrical engineering.
- Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting top talent to clients.
- Ensuring candidates meet job requirements, budget, and availability.
- Negotiating employment terms.

Team Management:
- Supervising and organizing the daily work of the recruitment team.
- Supporting recruiters in sourcing suitable candidates.
