About the Business Operations Group

Papa is looking for a talented Salesforce Senior Manager to join the Business Operations team. The broader Business Operations group partners with all teams across Papa to help scale the business and enable growth. The group acts in an unbiased manner to solve critical projects in close partnership with executive leadership. The team is responsible for helping to set Papa’s strategy, defining OKRs, partnering with go-to-market teams to enable revenue growth, and working closely with the Operations and Technology teams to ensure we run an efficient marketplace. 

About the Salesforce Senior Manager Role

You will be the internal expert for our CRM and manage day-to-day platform priorities for all Salesforce activities. The role will collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement out-of-the-box and custom Salesforce solutions that will support a wide range of critical business processes, including those that drive our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams. In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities with systems and workflow processes to increase productivity and engagement amongst teams, own hands-on-keyboard technical updates, and partner with end users to support training and daily operations. This position will play a critical role in driving data integrity and transparency across revenue-facing teams and enabling the organization to achieve top line targets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and execution for Salesforce as the organization’s main source of truth for all customer interactions including pipeline management (from creation to close), market segment account planning, territory management and deployment, and communication across the organization

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and pipeline metrics, delivering regular insights to the business, and defining processes to improve CRM data hygiene and integrity

  • Leverage Salesforce functionality to enable our sales and sales operations teams by staying up-to-date on releases and recommending new, and/or more effective tools and processes

  • Supporting administration functions such as the maintenance of custom objects, page layouts, record types, fields, triggers, validation rules and formulas

  • Supporting testing and validation, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments

  • Training new and existing users of Salesforce, improving the proficiency of Salesforce users across the organization, and providing day-to-day end user support

  • Provisioning and ongoing maintenance of other sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator

Role Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience with Salesforce 

  • 4+ years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator

  • Salesforce.com System Administrator certification required

  • Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using standard and custom objects, fields, Flow automations, approval processes, Lightning Web Components (including Dynamic Forms), VisualForce pages, and user permi
