Job Title: English-Spanish Bilingual Inside Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and bilingual (English-Spanish) Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will focus on converting leads into sales by providing product information, answering customer questions, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. You will play a key role in helping customers understand the benefits of our solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate and qualify leads
  
• Provide clear and detailed information about solar products, services, and pricing
  
• Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process
  
• Conduct follow-up communications with leads to address questions and close sales
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets
  
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication)
  
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based or inside sales role
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively close sales
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus, but not required
