Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing marketing operations projects relating to process, data and technology including administering and optimizing a global Learning Management System (LMS) as well supporting other technology solutions used within the Marketing department. These may include various SaaS solutions such as a webinar platform, CRM, Sales enablement platform, work optimization tools, as well as custom built applications such as our product catalog, etc.
Principal Responsibilities
• LMS Administration: Oversee the administration and management of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course configuration, course and quiz development, system customization, Admin and User training, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Technical Solution Support: Support other technology solutions under the Vascular Marketing Operations, such as SharePoint, ClickUp (third-party project management solution), custom web product catalog, and Vascular’ s Salesforce instance from a customer perspective.
• End User Training and Support: Develop comprehensive training guides and deliver end-user training to ensure effective adoption of the LMS and other technology solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues.
• Data and Metrics: Build standard and ad hoc reports, proactively socialize data. Develop end to end process for monitoring LMS survey data, sharing with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely responses to the end user.
• Training and Presentation Skills: Conduct engaging training sessions and presentations for team members and end-users to enhance their technical proficiency with marketing technology solutions.
• Technology Optimization: Continuously assist in the evaluation and optimization of the different technologies used within Marketing, identifying opportunities for enhancement, integration with other systems, and customization to meet the specific needs of the Vascular Marketing team.
• Technical Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure a consultative approach to plan and execute marketing operations projects related to process improvements and technology solutions, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Organization and Documentation: Maintain and develop accurate documentation of training materials, user guides, technical configurations, and project-related information to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and easy reference.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in managing a SaaS Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with the Docebo LMS is an advantage.
• Experience supporting other custom or SaaS technology solutions.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with technology solutions such as ClickUp or similar, custom web product catalogs, SharePoint, LMS platforms and Salesforce.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify and address user needs and technical issues, finding innovative solutions and troubleshooting technology-related challenges.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
