Responsibilities of the role:

You will own gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements.  You will lead solution development, quality assurance, application management activities and release management for your application to meet business, user and stakeholder, and solution requirements and leverage vendors/suppliers to deliver. You will coordinate with the Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Architects.

• In this role you will work globally with a P&G technical team and business stakeholders

• You will work alongside our partner vendor to support the application to ensure it is accessible and usable to the end users

• You will handle a P&G application built in SAP S4 HANA Business Warehouse

• Within the role we are looking for someone who will continue to seek out new ways of improving the application and the user experience

• As the application has many users from different apps that have senior management, you will need to prioritize incidents and perform bug fixes to bring them to a closure

• PCIM (Problem Change Incident Management) will be a big part of this role to ensure our BW changes do not impact our application but also wider P&G wider Finance applications

• The platform will have yearly SAP upgrades applied and you will need to help ensure these do not have any negative impact to the application itself

• Other activities such as ensuring the application is audit ready and secure will be needed throughout the application lifecycle

• This role is looking for persone who are self motivated, driven and willing to learn new technical and business knowledge. This role has the potential to be promoted in short/medium term

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Knowledge on Business Warehouse on HANA or BW Integrated Planning.

• Has worked on some changes in an SAP S4/HANA

• Optional - Background in P&L financial concepts

• It is crucial to develop and maintain expertise through continuous learning and to use this knowledge to be able to work through complex problems.

• Innovate For Growth, Learn & Reapply: Searches out, both internally and externally, to find and reapply proven ideas and methods to resolve incidents and solve problems

• Bring Out our Best, Be Open, Inclusive, and Collaborative: Must work effectively with P&G Service managers, Solution managers, application managers, Site Delivery leaders, and strategic partners to resolve complex issues

• Written Communications: Able to connect with partners and employees across all bands and geographies adapting the style as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in order to engage and influence as needed.

• Stewardship: This individual will be coordinating the completion of Applications & Incidents
