As a Lead Network Proj/Prog Mgmt will be responsible for providing overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. Recommend and take action to achieve direct problem analysis resolution within time and resource constraints.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints

• Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors

• Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs, including vendor management

Required Experience:

• 5 - 8 years’ experience

• Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

Desired Education:

• Bachelors’ degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related project management experience preferred

• PMP Certification

Our Lead Network Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $116,700 - $196,100 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
