Every other Saturday & Sunday, 7a-3p and 3p-11p
Every other Thursday & Friday, 3p-11p

Per Diem; all shifts

Pay: $46 - $50/hr

Plus Shift Diffs:
Weekends 1st shift - $3.00/hr
Weekends 2nd shift - $4.00/hr
Weekends 3rd shift - $6.00/hr
Weekday 2nd shift - $3.00/hr
Weekday 3rd shift - $5.00/hr

SEEKING CARING AND COMPASSIONATE TEAMMATES? The Commons in Lincoln is hiring Nurses (RN or LPN) within our 32 bed Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehab! We are looking for a compassionate Nurses to join our team to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. You will be part of a team of dedicated, like-minded individuals whose support and camaraderie build community, and where long-lasting relationships with both associates and residents await.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the CNAs
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management process
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence
• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents'/patient's status
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulations
• Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup

REQUIREMENTS
• Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification
• Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
