Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

As a Full-Time LPN, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing hands-on care to our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring patient health and administering medications
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to implement and adjust care plans
• Communicating with residents and families, offering support and education about the care process
• Ensuring that patient records are accurate and that safety protocols are followed
• Working on a 12-hour shift schedule with rotating weekends, which provides a balanced work-life rhythm while ensuring comprehensive patient coverage

What We're Looking for in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

To succeed as a Full-Time LPN at Pheasant Ridge, you should bring:

• Active LPN license in the State of Virginia
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care management
