We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri (US-MO), United States (US).

• Processing enrollment of Medicare members including first-time enrollment and member modifications.
• Managed work activities in work queue (i.e. enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change).
• Interfaced with other system applications for research and, where applicable, updating them with actions/outcomes of enrollment activity.
• Met monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis.
