<p></p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Business Systems Analyst&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Business Analysis, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), SAP, UAT, Functional Testing, Requirements Analysis</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Colombia</p> <p><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Remote</p> <p>At Coforge, we are hiring <strong>Senior Business Systems Analyst (#14816-4-10) </strong>with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute testing activities and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Document processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in SAP and its functionalities related to Q2C/O2C.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.</p>
