MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Senior Program Analyst (Systems Analysis) (Senior Case Management Specialist) at the GS-13 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Experience analyzing data and systems to ensure efficient operation and functionality; and Experience developing programs and strategies to support software transitions; and Experience recommending solutions of case management system efforts to streamline workflows and improve collaboration. This experience must be fully supported and articulated in your resume to receive consideration.
