Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to help us accelerate our growth and delight our customers. The Business Analyst is a member of the Development team and is responsible for assisting in configuring the solution and fulfilling administrative needs when necessary. The Business Analyst supports user story definition, documentation creation, general system configuration, and project management tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience with Information Technology with experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation and deployment
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting, and reviewing Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
• Problem-solving and/or analytical thinking.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Communities, etc), as well as other solutions (Mulesoft, Adobe).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an open and collaborative communication style
• Ability to work flexible/ various shifts 
• Possess/maintain analytical/problem-solving skills 
• Exercises substantial latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Compensation for Remote Applicants:

• $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually 

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
