We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Accounts Payable Process Lead to oversee and optimize the accounts payable function across our organization's global operations. The Global Accounts Payable Process Lead will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable Strategy:1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global accounts payable strategy, including invoice processing, payment management, vendor relations, and compliance.
Process Optimization:2. Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounts payable processes worldwide.
Vendor Management:3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving payment issues promptly.
Invoice Processing:4. Oversee global invoice processing, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, approved, and paid on time.
Payment Management:5. Manage payment processes, including electronic funds transfers, check issuance, and other payment methods, in compliance with financial policies and contractual agreements.
Compliance:6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, including tax and withholding requirements.
Expense Reporting:7. Supervise the processing of employee expense reports, ensuring timely rei
