About the role

SUMMARY: This position will have the responsibility to provide support to the iCARE program's internal efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Plan, research, implement, and evaluate community related initiatives and events
Participate in the development of communications and related documentation that educates and advances employee awareness of iCARE program activities
Assist with managing and promoting all iCARE programs
Increase internal participation in iCARE related activities
Serve as a liaison between the iCARE council, iCARE ambassadors and bank personnel.
Work as a member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals.
Perform other duties as assigned
Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

EDUCATION Associate's Degree or 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent organization skills (able to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and execute) and communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to produce well thought‐out, professional correspondence
Proficient in all MS Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders
Must also demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
Ambition, a strong work ethic, and an earnest willingness to learn
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is a must
Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment
