We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee daily operations and support team development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, effective communication, and the ability to inspire others while achieving performance goals. Responsibilities
Supervise and guide a team of employees to meet performance targets
Monitor daily operations and ensure workflows are efficient and timely
