We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with a niche focus on Data to lead our organization's data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a ground-breaking leader capable of designing, implementing, and being responsible for robust data architecture solutions and the Master Data Management solution that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the enterprise.

This is an office-flexible role for Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA. In office expectations are 10 times a quarter (subject to corporate guidelines) to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Primary (Master) Data Management solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the organization

• Deep understanding and experience on functional areas of the company such as HR, Finance, Legal, etc. And good understanding and knowledge of overall CRM/ERP, etc

• Lead the vision and execution of our enterprise data architecture: Define, document, and maintain a coherent data strategy that aligns with business objectives and technological advancements

• Champion data governance and quality: Establish and implement data standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and trust

• Champion the adoption of ground breaking data technologies: Promote and implement AI/ML, cloud-based data platforms, and other innovative solutions to optimize data management and insights

• Craft and integrate data solutions: Work multi-functionally with business partners and technical teams to design, develop, and implement impactful data solutions that address critical business needs

• Bridge the gap between business and technology: Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications, ensuring alignment and understanding between teams

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making: Promote multi-functional teamwork and awareness of data's potential to drive strategic decision-making across the organization

• Mentor and guide junior architects: Share your expertise and passion for data with junior team members, championing the next generation of data architects

What you must have to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years of data architecture experience and a proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven solutions

• Extensive experience in leading and managing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment

• Proven track record in defining and executing MDM strategies, including data modeling, integration, quality, and governance

• Solid grasp of data architecture principles and practices, with the ability to craft and implement scalable MDM frameworks

• Proficiency in MDM tools and platforms, such as Informatica, or equivalent

• Superb communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in data management practices

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data architecture frameworks that support MDM and other data initiatives
