Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) is seeking a (P4) Supply Chain Execution Lead for the Air Traffic Solutions (ATS) strategic sub-business unit, to be accountable and responsible for providing and executing Supply Chain (SC) solutions for Air Traffic Solutions. The MPM is the Supply Chain integrated product team lead (IPTL) who has the responsibility and accountability to coordinate the Supply Chain disciplines (Acquisition, Subcontracts, SC Operations, Customer Asset Management, and Property Management) with Program Management, Mission Assurance, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Global Trade, and Legal.  This role has Supply Chain responsibility to lead a cross functional team and create a proactive strategy for the upcoming Radar Modernization Program.

In this role you will work closely with all Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, & Engineering functions to ensure the success of the Radar Modernization program across 3 Production Locations to maximize capacity.  In this role you will need to lead efforts for supplier sourcing, supplier capacity, PO Placement, quick turn resolution to risk and supplier delays, and managing high risk dual source and development suppliers.   This position will be based out of Marlborough, MA. Travel is estimated to be less than 25% to conduct supplier visits and Supply Chain leadership meetings.  Though the position is hybrid, it is desirable that the candidate is geographically located in the Boston / Marlborough area.

What YOU Will Do:

  • Serving as the supply chain interface to the other ATS product area functional disciplines and aligning Supply Chain resources and solutions with the product area needs

  • Ensuring timely issue resolution for program requirements and issues

  • Represents Supply Chain and providing input at gate reviews, EAC reviews, program reviews, and risk and opportunity management

  • Supplier management, including forecasting, cost/schedule and quality management performance metrics, supplier assessments, sourcing strategies and proposal activity.

  • Approve and assist MPMs to develop Material Program Plan (MPP) and provide Supply Chain support to the Automation product area across the product development, production and sustainment lifecycle

  • Use CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) and critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success

  • Accountability for closeout of contractual obligations (e.g. deliveries and open commitments)

  • Driving cross functional engagements and collaborating with the program team

  • Accountability for cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of subcontracted or Inter-Organization Transfer services and productions and effective integration within the program

  • Communicating effectively and routinely on Supply Chain performance to Supply Chain leadership and the program team

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

  • 8+ years of Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Program IPT equivalent experience working with the Supply Chain Function

  • Experience leading or participating in integrated product teams (aka IPTs or cross-functional teams)

  • Working knowledge of ITAR/EAR, EVMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills; ability to listen well and communicate and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Significant experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Program or Project Management

  • Working knowledge of the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) or USG Contracts

  • Possess strong analytical, communication and teaming skills

  • Experience utilizing an MRP or ERP system such as SAP or Oracle

  • Experienced/advanced user with Microsoft Office Programs (including MS Project), PDM or other engineerin
