As a Human Resources Generalist II, you will help bring our culture to life by building trusted relationships, supporting leaders through challenges and opportunities, and guiding employees through workplace situations while connecting them with the resources they need to succeed. What You'll Do

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will:

  • Provide consultative support to leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, leaderships development, and organizational initiatives while partnering with the HR Business Partner to execute people strategies and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partner to implement people strategies, provide consultative guidance, and support departmental priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, compensation planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and workplace questions, navigating people matters, and connecting individuals to the appropriate HR resources.
  • Coordinate and deliver HR communications that keep employees and leaders informed, connected, and engaged.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, and services, helping create a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Support organizational goals by participating in special projects and strategic initiatives that advance business and workforce objectives.
  • Mentor and support colleagues by sharing knowledge, promoting HR best practices, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum Requirement: High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role providing HR support.
  • Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HR or related experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple HR functions and processes. (e.g., diversity, compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management).
  • Some experience/working knowledge of principles and practices of HR systems and programs.
  • Experience performing complex reporting and analyses; Workday experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency and experience analyzing, preparing, and executing presentations related to HR Business goals.
  • Demonstrated Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Google Sheets Slides, preferred.
  • Proven performance in earlier role.
