Senior Project Manager

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multi-disciplinary and/or enterprise-wide; and to provide expertise to short and long-term assignments internal and external to the designated areas of responsibilities. Key functions of this role include team development, monitoring, and guidance; work process analysis and improvement, data analysis and creative problem solving, and facilitation of various strategic initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage projects delegated by leadership including, but not limited to, business planning and development, strategic planning, financial analysis, development of affiliations and contracts, medical staffing, facilities planning and construction, and operations planning and development
- Coordinate resources needed for completion of assigned projects. Includes managing and coordinating data, information and/or personnel
- Manage the completion of projects/assessments. Monitors progress against plan and budget
- Coordinate team goal preparation and writing; coordinates the tracking of progress and reports updates to executive leadership quarterly
- Actively participate in task forces and director-level committees; represents leadership or any of their areas of responsibility on multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with and provides guidance to senior leaders on issues that cross multiple departments within areas of responsibility; involves others within these areas as needed
- Participate in strategic planning and the development and refinement of joint initiates between TCH and various other healthcare related institutions as needed
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Other Related Healthcare, Business, Or Science Field Preferred.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or
science field may substitute for two years of relevant work experience. - 5 Years Relevant Work Experience, Including Two (2) Years Of Experience Managing Medium To Large-sized Projects Required
