Maintenance Project Manager I / District Seven / Director of Trans Operations / District Maintenance / Tampa Operations Center
This position will assist in the management of the Tampa Operations Quality Assurance program.

Anticipated Bi-Weekly Salary:
$2,241.99
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $478.40 will be added to the annual salary.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Assists in the management of the Tampa Operations Quality Assurance program to ensure consistent work activities within the Operation Center. Provides direction and support to all aspects of the unit including construction and maintenance to ensure compliance and conformity of work projects with the Maintenance Rating Program (MRP). Assists with reviewing projects, documents, and procedures for adherence to approved quality assurance plans. Conducts quality assurance field reviews to ensure contractual commitments are being fulfilled and addressed consistently throughout the unit area and provides technical assistance to others as necessary. Participates in meetings and addresses issues related to the Quality Assurance Program. Advises higher level managers on problems or policies related to contract administrative issu
