About this position:
Job Type: Full Time, On-site.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Swing Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
Wage Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Farwest’s Administrative Department, seeks a dependable and customer oriented individual to join their Eugene team as Administrative Assistant 1. In this role, you will support sales and operations in all administrative responsibilities, provide customer service to both internal and external customers, and process data to provide all operational departments with necessary information and documentation to complete work orders.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintain daily auditing to resolve discrepancies, errors, or omissions
- Batch Assembly-printing and sorting all documents needed for each order/batch.
- Monitor Reports for accuracy. Data Entry into said reports.
- Compile certification packets to go to customers.
- Monitor incoming requests folders from inner office departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous office, customer service, and phone experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.
- 10 key and data entry with speed and accuracy.

- High degree of attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated professional phone demeanor.
