As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive, impactful, and beautiful experiences for thousands of healthcare professionals and their patients. You will own the design process for key features across two distinct yet connected products, Diarum and Nordhealth’s Booking Portal.</p><p dir="ltr">This is a unique opportunity to work across both B2B and B2C domains, solve meaningful problems, and see your work make a tangible difference in the Finnish healthcare landscape! 🚀<br/><br/></p><h4><strong>Your key responsibilities include:</strong></h4><p></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Lead the end-to-end design process:</strong> From initial research and discovery, through wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to delivering high-fidelity UI designs that are usable, useful and delightful for our users.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team:</strong> You will work daily with other Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Champion user-centricity:</strong> Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with Finnish healthcare professionals and patients to gain deep insights and validate your design decisions.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Create and maintain design consistency:</strong> Use our evolving design system to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience across all our products.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Solve complex problems:</strong> Untangle intricate user workflows and present complex information in a simple, clear, and accessible way.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Mentor and inspire:</strong> Share your knowledge with other designers and advocate for design thinking and best practices throughout the organization.</p></li> </ul><p><br/></p><p></p><ul> </ul><p></p><h4><strong>What will help you to be successful in this role?</strong></h4><p>Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:</p><p></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Significant Experience:</strong> 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products (web and/or mobile). Your portfolio should demonstrate your process from research to final design.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Fluency in Finnish is a requirement:</strong> You must have professional working proficiency in <strong>Finnish</strong> (both written and spoken) to effectively conduct user research with our local users and understand market-specific nuances. You also need professional working proficiency in <strong>English</strong>, as it is our company's working language.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Expert in Design Tooling:</strong> High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Excellent Communicator:</strong> You are able to clearly articulate your design rationale, give and receive constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.</p></li> <l
